First, he will meet with you and walk the property to get an idea of the layout and features of the home. He will measure the square footage and assess the surroundings to make sure all the hard work you’ve put into that home is reflected in the purchase price. Then, he will look at comparable homes in the neighborhood to determine a market value for your home.

If needed, cleaning and staging are available to get your home sold quickly and at the best price for you. If needed, Jake will personally come to help you with yard maintenance or cleanup to make sure you get top dollar for your listing. Jake also uses a professional photographer with drone photos for every listing to ensure you get high-resolution images that grab the attention of everyone scrolling!
